As a Product Support Engineer, you will become an integral part of our dynamic Aftermarket and Customer Support team. You will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex challenges, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure the highest performance of our advanced Application Equipment.

• Develop and implement new technical solutions for channel partners and customers.
• Identify and document emerging product issues through field information processes.
• Create and deliver technical content and training materials.
• Travel to the field to collect failure data and define complex machine problems.

• Expertise in diagnosing complex hydraulic and electronic systems within agricultural machinery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across multiple functional platforms like GPS, vehicle systems, and implements.
