Product Specialist - Orthopaedic Division

A growing healthcare solutions company is currently hiring a Product Specialist to join its Orthopaedic Division across ROI & NI. This field-based role focuses on developing strong clinical relationships, driving sales growth, and providing product expertise and education to healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will work closely with Orthopaedic, Nursing, and Plaster Room teams across a portfolio including orthopaedic supports and braces, casting & splinting materials, plaster room instruments, and acute wound care products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow territory sales in line with targets
- Build strong relationships with clinicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Deliver product training and educational support to healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical and procedural product expertise in the field
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Gather market and competitor insights
- Attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events
- Experience within Orthopaedics and/or Medical Device sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a field-based territory independently
- Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills
- Full clean driver's licence
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout ROI & NI
- Base €50,000-€55,000 + bonus up to €20,000
