About the role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

Revolut People is an all-in-one performance management platform meticulously crafted to meet the HR, recruitment, and performance needs of small and medium-sized businesses.

We're looking for an exceptional People Product Sales Executive to provide our human capital management (HCM) solution to businesses. You'll simplify all things people operations and give employees the tools they need to be more productive.

What you'll be doing
  • Working independently to build and close a pipeline of customers from within Revolut's existing customer base
  • Proactively seeking out new clients by stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Bringing your product expertise to customers, helping to close large sales opportunities
  • Using a solution-based approach to understand customer needs, communicate, and display the Revolut People value proposition
  • Becoming a product expert in Revolut People, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers
  • Meeting and exceeding the sales targets set by sales management in line with KPIs
  • Providing customer feedback and building relationships with stakeholders in Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
What you'll need
  • 3+ years of demonstrable sales experience in end-to-end sales cycle
  • An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable listening and presentation skills, with an ability to be comfortable speaking and negotiating with senior executives
  • A keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales culture
Nice to have
  • A proven track record of selling HR SaaS products
  • Curiosity within the HR and recruitment sectors
  • To be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building a network of external product promoters and champions across industries
Compensation range
  • Poland: PLN12,000 - PLN14,600 gross monthly
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
