Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product assurance activities for satellite system design, manufacturing, and launch.

• Develop and implement product assurance plans aligned with customer and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, ECSS).

• Ensure compliance of hardware, software, and processes with mission requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to meet quality objectives.

• Oversee and approve selection and qualification of parts, materials, and processes.

• Manage quality reviews, inspections, audits, and documentation.

• Support bids by defining and reviewing product assurance requirements.

• Monitor supplier quality and ensure compliance throughout the product life cycle.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

• Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials).

• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ECSS standards.

• 5+ years in product assurance for space projects (ESA, UKSA, or similar).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel (%).
