This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of high-performing slot and crash games in a dynamic, creative, and fully remote environment. You will own the full product lifecycle, from concept and idea validation to design, development, launch, and performance monitoring. Working closely with game designers, math designers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure games are engaging, balanced, and monetized effectively. Your insights and decisions will directly impact player retention, gameplay quality, and revenue outcomes. This part-time position provides flexibility and the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and results. You will have autonomy, a collaborative team environment, and the ability to shape the direction of the games you manage.
Accountabilities- Lead the full product lifecycle for slot and crash games, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define game vision, features, and roadmap, translating product goals into detailed requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with math designers on RTP, RNG, volatility, and core mechanics to ensure balanced gameplay.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, art, development, and analytics to deliver high-quality products.
- Monitor game performance post-release and iterate based on data, KPIs, and player behavior insights.
- Balance business objectives with an engaging and enjoyable player experience.
- Drive ownership and accountability across all phases of game development.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in gambling or iGaming.
- Proven track record of shipping slot and/or crash games, with a portfolio of high-performing titles.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player behavior, and game mathematics (RTP, RNG, volatility, balancing, probability).
- Experience managing development from concept to production.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and ownership mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with live ops, post-launch optimization, or working with analytics teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like or similar is advantageous.
- Part-time role with the potential to scale to full-time.
