PRODUCT OWNER, NETWORK & SERVICE PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS

We are looking for the Product Owner!

Mission: Drive the product vision and development for data products leveraging advanced network telemetry and predictive analytics, proactively enhancing network stability, operational efficiency, and customer business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage a strategic roadmap for predictive and proactive network analytics.

• Translate customer needs into innovative, scalable solutions focused on proactive incident avoidance and operational excellence.

• Prioritize product features based on predictive capabilities, ROI, customer business impact, and portfolio simplification.

• Collaborate across Network Engineering, Delivery, Operations, Data Science, and UX to deliver business-critical insights.

• Develop and monitor KPIs focused on predictive network performance, operational efficiency, and customer business value.

• Ensure compliance with global privacy and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.

• 3-5+ years product management experience in network data-intensive B2B products.

• Deep knowledge of network analytics, predictive AI/ML capabilities, and telemetry.

• Fluent English language
