About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedProduct Ownerto join our growing team. You willbe responsible formaximising the value of our product by defining clear priorities, managing the product backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that businessobjectivesare translated into actionable requirements and that delivered features meet user needs
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised in line with business goals
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure delivered features meet agreed requirements and quality standards
- Analyse user feedback, data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Continuouslyidentifyopportunities for product improvement
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing high-quality user stories
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within HR Tech
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Understanding of UX principles
- Experience working in a scale up or high growth environment
- Customer centric mindset
