We're now looking for aProduct Owner to join our Order Team and play a key role in deliveringhigh-impact digital products that delight customers and drive real business value.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll sit at the centre of business, technology, and customer needs-driving product outcomes from idea through to delivery.
Own the product journey- Manage and prioritise the product backlog
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Shape quarterly roadmaps and delivery plans
- Lead requirements gathering and user journey mapping
- Support research and discovery to uncover real user problems
- Ensure your team is always solving the right problems
- Work closely with development teams to deliver high-value outcomes
- Lead sprint planning, coordination, and iteration reviews
- Align priorities across stakeholders and teams
- Partner with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and beyond
- Build strong relationships across international markets
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches
- High-quality, customer-focused features delivered at pace
- A well-managed, clearly prioritised backlog
- Strong stakeholder alignment and engagement
- Continuous product improvement driven by insight and data
- 3+ years in a Product role
- Strong experience in Agile and product development practices
- Proven ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive consensus
- Experience in automotive, retail, tech, or marketing sectors
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C products
- Experience contributing to successful product launches
