As Product Owner, you'll take charge of this critical initiative, helping shape the digital tools that guide Sanofi's global enterprise strategy.

What You'll Do

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

• Oversee a cross-functional team developing cutting-edge digital solutions.
• Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritise features, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Co-lead portfolio governance with senior Digital and Business stakeholders.
• Manage team staffing and resources to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Standardise tools and processes across Accelerator teams for scalable success.
• Promote professional growth, skill-building, and knowledge sharing within your teams.

What You Bring

You're a strategic Product Owner with a passion for building complex digital products, especially in a healthcare or biotech setting. You bring experience in:

• Developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that deliver measurable business results.
• Applying Lean and Agile principles, with expertise in UX/UI and integration design.
• Making data-driven and commercially sound product decisions.
• Inspiring teams with a strong, clearly communicated product vision.

You'll also need:

• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• A track record of navigating complexity and overcoming roadblocks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing capabilities.
• Proven project management expertise.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related scientific discipline.
