Freelance Chatbot Product Owner
Duration: 9 months (with option to extend or hire)
Location: Brussels, Hybrid

A leading post and logistics client is looking for a freelance Chatbot Product Owner to lead the evolution of their conversational AI platforms. You'll be responsible for shaping the chatbot roadmap and delivering solutions that streamline digital customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the chatbot product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Translate customer and business needs into clear user stories
- Align with business, IT, and UX stakeholders to define priorities
- Coordinate development sprints with cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the solution
- Ensure a consistent, user-friendly chatbot experience aligned with brand voice
Profile:
- Solid experience as Product Owner in chatbot, voice, or AI-related projects
- Strong understanding of agile product development and stakeholder alignment
- Familiar with conversational design, chatbot platforms, and NLP technologies
- Data-driven and user-focused, with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is a bonus
