Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Technology team.

The Tech team provides the functionality needed for our business to excel, leveraging expertise in design and development to find solutions and anticipate the needs of our rapidly scaling business. Our focus is on delivering end-to-end customer experiences and taking a holistic view of business systems and tools.

What you'll need:

• Experience in a D2C eCommerce environment, with knowledge of commerce systems
• Experience documenting, understanding, and migrating complex data structures
• Experience owning 1st and 3rd party commerce platforms
• A customer-focused approach backed by commercial awareness, with the ability to assess potential business opportunities quickly
• Ability to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects into components and evaluate them systematically
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with stakeholders and remain open to ideas and suggestions
• Experience working with and managing technical resources, including UX, Engineering, and QA
• An interest in and understanding of relevant commerce technologies
• Ability to confidently present options and recommendations to stakeholders, resolve project issues, and proactively mitigate risks
• Ability to identify opportunities and pivot quickly, using data to support decisions and propose improvements to customer journeys and internal processes
• Experience working in a Scrum/agile environment
• Proficiency with planning and development tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Lucidchart
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, medium-sized business

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clear understanding of deliverables, costs, benefits, and timelines
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap
• Facilitate decision-making through scrum ceremonies
• Research solutions, including competitor analysis and potential partners
• Document requirements clearly and concisely
• Analyze and document current processes and workflows
• Identify and propose opportunities for improvement
• Manage project sign-offs through demos and user acceptance testing
• Oversee go-to-market activities and communication
• Track and share the impact of new features
