The Role
This is an amazing opportunity to start an exciting role in a rapidly growing Web 3.0 company!
You will work directly with several sprint teams (onshore and offshore), will drive product innovation and delivery of our SaaS Web 3.0 platform offerings, help the company drive continuous improvement in the product design, provide coaching and product lifecycle leadership and help senior leadership with technical options and support with business cases to help the business move forward. You will be working closely with your engineering partners to align roadmaps, prioritise product requirements and keep the teams focused on delivering what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate use cases and user journeys prioritising requirements from all stakeholders to develop 'Whole Products' which address multidimensional and multijurisdictional needs
- Own the corresponding agile artifacts and process for up to two sprint teams: Epics and user stories product and sprint backlogs. Facilitate sprint and release planning activities, drive daily stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product features and interactions with other products and platforms, guiding prioritisation with the development teams
- Ensure full backlog ahead of each train stop with clearly defined requirements and meeting definition of ready, providing timely status reports to PM and internal stakeholders
Skills Required:
- A Bachelor's degree with a business or technical emphasis preferred (not required)
- 5+ years direct experience in a Product or Development role for a Software or SaaS solution (Web 3.0 experience strong plus)
- Direct experience in Agile software development, continuous delivery environment
- Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly within your product as you develop, communicate and execute on the product roadmap vision
- Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams
- High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change and a willingness to take informed risks
- Ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement while working cross-functionally to solve business problems and meet business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse background
