Are you a seasoned Product Owner who's just as comfortable talking SEO and PPC as you are customer journeys and sprint planning? If you're an experienced PO with a passion for creating great products, we've got something special for you.

About the Role

We've built a brand-new digital platform powered by the UK's largest pet owner database - and we need a Product Owner who can help turn that potential into performance. You'll work on high-impact initiatives across web and app, using cutting-edge tech and data to shape how millions of customers find and connect with our pet care ecosystem.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire, with a requirement to attend the office at least two days per week (including Tuesdays).

What you'll be doing

• Driving product discovery and delivery, from insight to launch
• Focusing on features that differentiate our platform experience from the competition
• Collaborating with business functions, UX, Design, and Engineering teams
• Managing backlogs, sequencing releases, writing user stories, and setting clear priorities
• Measuring success, iterating fast, and delivering continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital or eCommerce
• Strong grasp of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity, credibility, and a proactive attitude
