About the role As The Senior Product Owner for Experience Optimisation, you'll lead the product vision, strategy and delivery for how we leverage Pega CDH and our decisioning ecosystem to power next best experiences. You'll support the integration and deployment of Pega CDH, transforming the way we decision experiences for our customers.You don't need to be a data scientist yourself, but you'll have broad experience integrating and optimising Pega CDH to deliver business and customer outcomes. You'll use this experience to play a leading role in the transformation of next best experiences. What you'll be doing Defining and evolving the product vision and roadmap for experience optimisation within the Decisioning ecosystem. Partnering with data scientists, decisioning engineers, and analysts to design, build and deploy models that inform next best experiences. Shaping how we test, learn, and optimise decisioning logic to improve customer and business outcomes. Translating technical capabilities into clear product features, backlogs and user stories that can be delivered by feature teams. Ensuring all optimisation approaches are transparent, ethical, and aligned with regulatory expectations. Collaborating with channel product managers to embed and measure optimisation strategies across digital and non-digital journeys. About you Extensive experience in a senior decisioning role, such as product owner, decisioning architect or practice lead, integrating Pega CDH and deploying experiences to deliver business and customer outcomes. Proven experience translating data science or analytics capabilities into live customer or business-facing products. Strong understanding of decisioning platforms, machine learning, or personalisation - you don't need to code, but you're comfortable discussing models and outcomes. Excellent stakeholder skills - able to bring together data science, engineering, business, and risk partners. Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimisation frameworks. Passion for delivering fair, transparent, and customer-first experiences through technology. Background in large-scale transformation, decisioning, or martech platforms (e.g. Pega CDH) is an advantage. Inclusive leadership style, with a focus on collaboration, coaching and empowerment.
