Product Owner / Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a PO/BA Consultant to join a strategic IT project focused on cyber risk and regulatory compliance (Solvency II). This is a pivotal role in driving risk-related initiatives and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and governance across the enterprise.

Daily Tasks:

• Support and collaborate with IT experts and project managers to deliver two major business projects.
• Facilitate Master Data Management across applications and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Implement regulatory enhancements linked to Solvency II and other compliance requirements.
• Drive and maintain a clear services roadmap and ensure alignment with internal IT standards.
• Organize and document committee meetings, track project risks, and maintain action logs.
• Contribute to functional specifications, business documentation, and test planning.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, ideally in IT and/or risk domains.
• Deep understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory environments (especially Solvency II).
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects in a technical and compliance-heavy context.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Skilled at writing and maintaining project documentation, functional specs, and action/risk logs.
• Fluent English is a must; French is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and methodologies.
• Experience in the insurance sector, particularly Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary, international team setting.
