Meet the team behind this journeyThe Product Marketing Team plays a critical role in connecting product, marketing and revenue: our role combines strategy, storytelling, and market analysis to drive the success and growth of our products. We are looking for an analytical, creative, and collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team.
In 2025, DeepL is building new features to help enterprises customise their translations and writing in a way that adapts to each company's unique context. As the PMM Lead for Customisation, you will partner up with Product to reach Product-market fit and will lead on building and executing the go-to-market strategy.
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in distilling market insights, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will also enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products.
Your responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end Product Marketing strategy and execution for DeepL Translator and Write
Develop positioning and messaging, highlighting the unique value of DeepL Translator and Write to B2B audiences
Work with Product, Revenue and Marketing teams to align on a common go-to-market strategy.
Plan and execute product and feature launches to drive awareness and adoption across different geographies.
Inform the product roadmap based on market insights, sales performance, and product usage.
Build a stellar team of Product Marketers based on where we need to focus and invest.
Own and report on key metrics related to Product acquisition and adoption.
8+ years of professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Product or Revenue functions, with at least 5 years in B2B Product Marketing.
Proven experience driving successful go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
People management experience: You will start with two direct reports with potential to grow the team.
Experience in AI technology would be highly advantageous.
Proven capacity to balance speed and quality of delivery, as well as to navigate ambiguity
A natural storyteller who can tailor narratives and messaging that resonate with varied audiences
A master of influence who works well with cross-functional groups and levels of the organisation.
Strong communication and project management skills. Self-motivated and resourceful in driving projects forward.
A curious and data-driven person who uses data and customer insights to solve problems.
Fluency in English and a passion for languages
