We are currently looking for a:

Product Manager Firetec EU

100% remote (live anywhere in the EU)

Manage the complete lifecycle of Firetec products and systems : from ideation and development to market launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life

Lead the collection and prioritization of product and customer requirements, define development scope, and prepare initiation documentation

Coordinate with R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, and sales to drive successful product development and small-scale projects

Organize and execute cross-functional product launches and contribute to strategic business planning

Develop and maintain project timelines across departments

Deliver technical and commercial training sessions to internal teams and external partners; co-create and update training materials

Define product positioning and messaging strategies for the Firetec range

Manage and improve costing and pricing tools , while identifying cost optimization opportunities

Conduct competitor analysis to identify product differentiation levers

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and partnerships to support informed strategic decisions

Leadership & collaboration : You can delegate, negotiate, and motivate cross-functional teams.

Flexibility : You adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and challenges.

Strong communicator: Able to engage diverse audiences, including public speaking.

Solution-oriented mindset : You identify challenges early and proactively solve them.

Business sense & customer focus : You understand market dynamics and consistently prioritize client needs.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in product design , engineering , or business administration .

At least 5 years' experience in product management within the manufacturing industry (mechanical, hydraulics, automotive). Knowledge of the Fire Protection industry is a plus.

Proven track record in managing several phases of product development .

Skilled in writing, editing, presenting, and speaking confidently in public.

Fluent in English (mandatory); French and/or German are strong assets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
