Product Manager (Fintech)

From Nuclio Talent, we are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing fintech transforming how people manage and access their earnings. The company operates across Europe with offices in London and Barcelona, and is scaling rapidly with a mobile-first platform powered by Open Banking and AI.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize development based on company goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, CS, and marketing teams
• Drive discovery with user research, A/B testing, and prototypes
• Define features, write user stories, and analyze product data
• Ensure compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR) and coordinate external integrations
• Help scale the platform through APIs and fintech partnerships

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in product management (fintech, SaaS, or B2B2C apps)
• Experience launching features end-to-end in high-compliance environments
• Experience with mobile/hybrid apps
• Familiarity with AI/ML in user-facing products (chatbots, personalization, etc.)
• Data-driven and comfortable with tools like Mixpanel, PowerBI, SQL
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• We are looking for a self-driven professional who takes full ownership and acts as the CEO of their own actions.
