Product Manager (6 month FTC)

London (Tottenham Court Road, Hybrid)Up to £60,000

I am recruiting for a Product Manager to join a high-growth fintech startup disrupting the wealth management space.

This role sits within a fast-scaling product team and focuses on building automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes across the business.

• Identify and automate manual operational processes across teams
• Build and implement low-code / no-code solutions and AI tools
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (ops, marketing, product)
• Partner with senior product leaders on AI and automation initiatives
• Deliver solutions that improve efficiency and reduce reliance on headcount
• Translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions

• 3-5+ year's experience in product, automation, or similar roles
• Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on automation experience
• Experience using no-code / low-code tools or AI solutions
• Background in fast-paced startups or tech environments
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Salary up to £70,000
• Hybrid/flexible working (1-2 days onsite)
