Job Description
Overview

We're looking for a visionary product leader to take full ownership of Microsoft 365 at Tesco - the platform that powers how hundreds of thousands of colleagues connect, collaborate, and get work done every day. If you thrive on shaping enterprise-wide technology, influencing strategy at scale, and turning a complex ecosystem into a seamless, secure, AI-driven experience, this is your opportunity to define the future of productivity for one of the world's largest retailers!

Responsibilities
  • Own the Microsoft 365 roadmap and ensure it meets business and colleague needs.
  • Prioritise features across the full M365 suite and plan for upcoming Microsoft changes.
  • Use colleague insights and behaviours to guide product decisions and improve ways of working.
  • Work with Change & Comms to drive adoption and effective use of M365 across the organisation.
  • Align with senior stakeholders and act as Tesco's M365 expert in internal and external forums.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Identity, Security and Business teams on decisions and delivery.
  • Translate product goals into clear delivery plans, user stories and release priorities.
  • Manage competing priorities, support sprint planning and ensure changes are communicated clearly.
  • Lead the M365 licensing strategy, optimise SKUs and support budgeting and commercial planning.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 as a product, including roadmap ownership, service governance and release management.
  • Deep knowledge of M365 administration, Message Centre, roadmap IDs, usage analytics and platform telemetry.
  • Strong understanding of identity (Entra), security (Defender/Compliance), collaboration, device management and ecosystem integration.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or SaaS adoption programmes.
  • Experience shaping product OKRs, vision and strategy for complex, enterprise-scale products.
  • Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Practical familiarity with how large technology systems interact, including health metrics and SLOs.
