Product Manager - Commercial Optometry

Your Role

As a Product Manager - Lenses you'll be responsible for managing three key product portfolios; ZEISS, Synchrony and Cleaning Solutions. You'll join ZEISS Vision Care as an integral part of the Product Management team. Your role will involve:

• Analyzing market trends, competition and customer needs to identify opportunities for portfolio composition.
• Overseeing product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Coordinating and maintaining product catalogues and ordering systems.
• Supporting our sales teams with product information and training to help our colleagues to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver technical and commercial product information to our customers, helping them to effectively sell and position our products.
• Gain a unique opportunity to join our Vision Care team. You'll be based in our Breda office with up to two days per week working from home on a 40 hour contract. You will also have the opportunity to work flexibly.

Your Profile

You will have:

• Relevant bachelor's degree (HBO level) with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• A background in optometry and experience in myopia management.
• Knowledge of the optical market and spectacle lenses.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. The local working language is Dutch with communications with headquarters in English.
• Experience in project management and working with cross functional teams.
• You will ideally:
• Be proficient in MS Office and Business Software.
• Be a proactive, independent and strong team player.
• Have a creative and strategic mindset with a passion for product positioning and customer focus.
• Be living in Breda, Tilburg, Den Bosch or Rotterdam.
