Job Description

Hybrid Working Pattern - 2 days per week in our London Bridge office.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Alto. As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle, work cross-functionally to ensure successful product execution and market adoption, and inform product strategy through feedback and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a customer advocate.
  • Manage product roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders and customer feedback.
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features on schedule.
  • Work effectively with business stakeholders to ensure successful feature releases that meet business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Identify new opportunities for Alto based on data analysis and understanding of business impact.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Leadership skills and experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile or similar methodologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and user research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Technical background or close work with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
