Product Manager - AI

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London)

Overview:

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is building a suite of AI agents designed to enhance productivity across the business. We're hiring two experienced AI Product Managers to lead the development and delivery of these tools in collaboration with a high-performing internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for AI-driven productivity agents from concept through delivery
• Work closely with data and engineering teams to integrate LLMs with internal data pipelines

Design and manage development of:

• Contextual agents (LLMs interacting with humans)
• An orchestrator agent to coordinate tasks
• Translate business problems into AI product solutions with a strong understanding of practical AI capabilities and limitations
• Report to the Head of Product and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with multiple AI or LLM product deliveries
• Strong background in building AI/ML products or agent-based systems
• Previous experience working in or with management consultancies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior decision-makers
• Strong commercial and strategic awareness - understands what's real vs hype in the AI landscape

Bonus:

• Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data pipeline integration
