Reporting to the Head of Digital P&C and People Services, in this exciting role you will collaborate closely with the Reward and Performance Technology Strategy Leader, the Reward and Performance CoE, as well as cross-functional and local P&C teams to deliver a strategic roadmap that ensures the effective operation of compensation, benefits, and recognition systems across the enterprise.

Main responsibilities:
- Product Management Leadership: Lead the product management team supporting the configuration and support of compensation and benefits solutions within Workday, aligning with Sanofi's global strategy and People & Culture (P&C) objectives.
- Workday Expertise: Oversee the design and configuration of Workday's compensation and advanced compensation modules including merit cycles, recognition programs, allowance management, and off-cycle payments.
- Vendor Integration and Management: Manage integrations of wellness and benefits providers into Workday, ensuring seamless data exchange, operational efficiency, and alignment with Sanofi's benefits strategies.
- Strategic Roadmap Delivery: Define and execute the product roadmap for compensation and benefits systems, aligning with P&C technology goals and anticipating evolving business needs.
- End-to-End Process Design: Ensure scalable, efficient, and integrated global process designs for reward and benefits administration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Reward CoEs, People Services, Digital Products, and local HR teams to drive adoption and alignment of digital compensation and benefits solutions.
Experience:
- 10+ years in HR technology or digital product management.
- 5+ years in a leadership role focused on compensation and benefits.
Technical skills:
- Deep expertise in configuring Workday compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of benefits and wellness vendor integration.
- Digital product-, risk-, and issue management skills
Soft skills:
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to balance innovation with the operational delivery of a global technology roadmap supporting compensation and benefits.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical strategies to various audiences.

Education/qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field
- Certifications in Workday are preferred
Languages:
- Fluent in English; fluency in second language is a plus
