Product General Manager Romandie: Bakery and Convenience (F/M/D)Important Notes: The masculine form is used for simplicity, but our recruitment is open to all. Development of assortment: You develop and implement the assortment strategy by analyzing market trends and closely collaborating with the Product Managers (PMs) and MSM. Optimization of assortments: You optimize the Romandie assortment by aligning assortments between teams and collaborating with MSM to meet specific needs. Collaboration: You collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth execution of plans, and you coordinate the activities of suppliers as well as those of other providers. Supplier management: You manage relationships with suppliers by negotiating with MSM to optimize the conditions while ensuring the quality of products. Performance measures: You develop performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of assortments and adjust approaches based on analysis results. Team development: You lead and support the development of the team of Product Managers, fostering continuous growth. Project management: You oversee the launch projects of new products, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while coordinating teams to guarantee success. Cost control: You monitor and control overhead and personnel expenses to ensure they align with budget objectives. Required Qualifications: Completed studies (University/VET, HES) in the field of management, marketing, or a related field. Professional experience: 10 years of product management experience with expertise in leadership and team management. Tool proficiency: You possess excellent command of standard tools and SAP, allowing you to effectively manage product processes. Skills: You have strong project management and communication skills, essential for coordinating efforts between teams and partners. Data analysis: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data to adjust assortments and optimize strategies. Languages: French (fluent), German (good knowledge).
