Director of Product (m/f/d)

As a Director of Product at FORMEL SKIN, you will take full ownership of our product vision, strategy, and execution. You'll lead and scale our Product team, shape the end-to-end customer experience, and ensure our platform delivers outstanding outcomes for patients, medical professionals, and the business.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic and hands-on product leader with deep experience in digital products, ideally within subscription, B2C, health tech, or regulated consumer environments - someone who thrives on building strong teams, shipping high-quality products, and driving measurable impact through product-led growth.

What you'll be doing:
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs, medical requirements, and business goals across acquisition, onboarding, subscription, and retention.
  • Lead Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across patient-facing products and internal tools. Prioritise high-impact initiatives, drive CRO, and measure results with clear KPIs.
  • Acquisition, Retention & LTV: Optimise acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and subscription experiences. Drive retention strategies, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value through experimentation and data-driven insights.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Product team. Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Champion research, testing, and analytics to create intuitive, trustworthy, and effective experiences across the customer journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth, Engineering, Design, Medical, and BI teams to align initiatives, launch new features or markets, and drive measurable impact.
What you need to shine:
  • Proven Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in senior leadership, ideally in DTC/B2C, subscription businesses.
  • Acquisition & Retention Expertise: Strong track record in funnel optimisation, CRO, and subscription lifecycle management with a clear focus on LTV and growth metrics.
  • Strong Product Craft & Execution: Experience translating strategy into execution across complex digital products, balancing business goals and user needs.
  • Leadership & Communication: People-first leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
