Product Development International Markets Senior Specialist

Location: Dublin, IE

Overview

You will work within the Dublin Branch Product Development team and will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our Unit Linked business across international markets. You will design, implement and manage insurance investment products for non Italian markets, working closely with distribution partners and internal stakeholders including legal, compliance and investment teams. This is a key role in supporting the company's international growth strategy.

What you'll be doing

• Support thedevelopment of Unit Linked productsfor international markets (e.g., Spain, Croatia, Slovakia)
• Oversight and contribute totheend-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch monitoring
• Ensure alignment withPOG (Product Oversight & Governance)frameworks and local regulatory requirements
• Manage interactions withexternal partners and distributors(banks, networks, intermediaries)
• Contribute toproduct structuring, including investment solutions, pricing and value proposition
• Supportpassporting activities (FoS)and regulatory interactions
• Prepare andmaintainproduct documentation, including KID, policy conditions, and internal governance materials
• Monitor product performance and proposeenhancements and rebalancing strategies

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 8-10 years of experience inInsurance product development, preferably Unit Linked or investment products
• experience ininternational or cross-border environments
• experience working withdistribution networks or bancassurance models - University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Law Fields
• proven exposure toPOG frameworks and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, IDD, PRIIPs
• solid knowledge ofregulatory frameworks in Europe
• good knowledge of investmentsolutionsstructuring
