Freelance Product Designer - Global Websites Program (CMS + Design System Focus)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major digital transformation within a Global Consumer Health organisation. We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer with strong UX/UI expertise, CMS-driven design experience, and solid capability in design systems and component-based website frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who loves combining robust UX foundations, polished UI execution, and scalable design solutions across a large website ecosystem. You will work closely with the Experience Design Lead and technical teams to industrialise design across numerous corporate and content websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design
• Design end-to-end user experiences for websites (no mobile apps)
• Translate business and user needs into UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance best practices
• Collaborate closely with developers and CMS teams for smooth implementation
• CMS-Driven Design
• Build experiences that fully leverage CMS constraints and capabilities
• Create flexible, scalable page structures and components
• Work with content + technical teams to ensure CMS-friendly design
• Anticipate content variations, dynamic states, and edge cases
• Design System & Component Library
• Contribute to the creation & evolution of the Design System
• Design reusable web components, tokens, and patterns
• Ensure consistency across 150+ websites
• Align design with Front End implementation and documentation standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with technical teams, content, business, and stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience in UX & UI design
• Figma expert: variables, tokens, templates, layout systems
• Experience designing for CMS-driven environments
• Deep understanding of web usability, accessibility, SEO fundamentals
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in global or Matrix organisations
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Experience with Magnolia CMS
• Multilingual skills

Contract Details
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Paris - Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)
Workload: Full-time
