What you'll do:

  • Manage manufacturing, storage, and timely availability of products.
  • Lead implementation of charging incentives and benefits realisation reporting.

  • Proven leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale, high-volume programmes and contracts.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Passion for environmental improvement and rainwater management.
  • Knowledge of SuDS, Nature-Based Solutions, drainage, flood risk, and the water industry.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive innovation.

What we offer:

  • A generous annual leave package of 26 days, which increases to 30 days after four years of service, in addition to 8 bank holidays
  • A competitive pension scheme with up to 14% employer contribution, 21% combined, and life cover
  • A 10% performance-related bonus scheme, as well as recognition awards for outstanding achievements
  • A comprehensive healthcare plan through our company-funded scheme
  • Flexible and hybrid working
