The role and the team
We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager to drive the successful launch and operational rollout of our new product. You'll be responsible for delivery activities, managing key supplier relationships, running product trials, and ensuring ongoing service quality.
This role partners closely with Product Managers to ensure external suppliers are aligned and accountable, enabling product teams to stay focused on discovery, delivery, and customer outcomes.
You'll act as a critical bridge between internal teams and external suppliers - helping translate product needs into supplier action, and bringing supplier updates, risks, and insights back into the business.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building great supplier partnerships, and is passionate about delivering real impact through technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage coordination of e2e delivery with suppliers / product teamsof the product rollout, from initial trial phases to full operational deployment.
Run product trials , pilot programs, and phased implementations to validate readiness, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead ongoing supplier relationship management :
Hold suppliers accountable to agreed service levels (SLAs), delivery milestones, and quality standards.
Gather and manage structured feedback on supplier performance.
Run regular business reviews, service meetings, and roadmap alignment sessions.
Act as the key delivery liaison between Product and suppliers :
Capture feedback and priorities from Product teams and ensure they are reflected in supplier activities and planning.
Communicate supplier updates, technical constraints, risks, and opportunities clearly back to Product and other internal stakeholders.
Prioritise and align work across suppliers, internal product/engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Monitor and manage risks associated with delivery activities and supplier performance, escalating issues as needed.
Own and maintain the supplier delivery roadmap , ensuring supplier deliverables align with product goals and timelines.
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations post-launch, ensuring continuous supplier compliance and excellence.
Support internal product and operations teams by providing visibility into supplier status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

The must haves
Experience in a delivery management, program management, or project management role (ideally in a tech or SaaS environment)
Experience working in a company with a strong product culture
Experience managing external suppliers or technology vendors , with a proven ability to drive accountability and high performance
Strong background in running trials, pilots, or phased rollouts of technology products
Comfortable managing roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation discussions across multiple stakeholders
Solid understanding of service management concepts: SLAs, KPIs, issue escalation, supplier governance
The other stuff we are looking for
Excellent communication and relationship management skills - able to collaborate, influence, and lead across internal teams and external partners
Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
