Product Data & Insights Analyst

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Product Data & Insight Analyst to join our fast-paced Consumer Roadside division.

As the 'go-to' data expert within the team, you'll be expected to dive deep into large datasets from multiple sources, transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights that help improve customer experience and business performance.

You'll be the storyteller behind the numbers and use problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis for spotting trends, fixing issues, and find opportunities to save costs and improve our processes. You'll be able to create reports and visuals and be able to share your findings with both technical and non-technical teams.

We're looking for someone from a strong analytical background who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and PowerBI. Experience in product data analysis would be beneficial for this role.

What you'll do

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making within the division.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and visuals to effectively communicate findings to relevant teams and decision-makers.
• Creating automated processes for data scraping and streamlining data collection methods
• Using own initiatives to proactively look for ways to support business objectives and identify improvements
• Maintain accurate records and document the processes to share learnings with wider team
• Support the teams with ongoing processes, looking for ways to improve and streamline

What you'll need

• Proven experience indata mining using various tools and techniques including SQL, Power BI & Excel.
• Demonstrable analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Comfortable working in afast-paced, dynamic environmentwhilst still delivery high standards.
