Product Data Analyst

Role Purpose

As a Product Analyst, you will join ID Finance to support the development and optimization of the company's products. You will focus on ensuring the effective operation of the legal and support teams while working to improve customer service processes, making them more data-driven and efficient.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, run, conclude AB tests in Product department.
• Perform deep analysis of user metrics to find key points of growth or potential problems in user journeys.
• Develop data-marts prototypes and analytical reports with key product indicators.
• Automation and setup of analytical tools like appsflyer, google analytics and etc.

Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in similar role of Senior Product analyst in fintech/banking or e-commerce company
• Strong background in statistics and AB design and analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL, preferably column-oriented DBMS
• Experience with google analytics setup or working with similar platform.
• Knowledge of modern mobile marketing attribution platforms like appsflyer and etc.
• Fluent in English
• High attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Clickhouse DB
• BI instruments like tableau, superset
• Experience with airflow
