You enjoy doing this

• Writing product, advice, and support texts so that our customers can find the right product.
• Taking responsibility for complete and up-to-date content-on product, advice, and support pages, including regular updates and quality checks.
• Using SEO to make content visible - from keyword research to optimization.
• Designing marketing content, e.g., for brand or campaign pages, to present the product group in the best possible light.
• Working together in the category team, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving content along the customer journey - through creative ideas, e-learning, and close teamwork.

• You are fluent in German and English. (Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
• A university degree, ideally in business administration/journalism or media.
• Experience with LLMs/AI tools or motivation to learn how to use them.
• A high sense of personal responsibility and a structured approach to work.
• At least 1 year of project management experience with stakeholders or theoretical experience from your studies.
