Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product and application support for high-end life science applications in both widefield and confocal microscopy.
- Conduct training and demonstrations at customer locations or at our ZEISS demo facilities.
- Identify and offer tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitive landscape.
- Foster maximum customer satisfaction by identifying new needs among existing clients.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- A university degree in biology, biophysics, or a comparable natural science.
- Several years of experience with high-end microscopy systems and image analysis.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on providing complete solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain stress-resistant.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English).
- A valid category B driving license.
