Your role What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is hiring a Product Application Support Specialist on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. Based in Meriden, this role involves becoming a business expert in our software applications, providing advice, support, and problem-solving for our customers. You will report to the VP of Customer Operations and collaborate with other teams.

How We Work

You will work from our Meriden office, with provided workspace, equipment, and training.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers using our software applications.
  • Manage incidents and tickets, document issues.
  • Coordinate between users and technical teams.
  • Participate in agile sprint teams for testing and software releases.
  • Understand customer requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Advise customers on best practices and operational challenges.
  • Provide virtual and onsite training and support, working with project managers on implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in QA/UAT testing or supporting software solutions (2nd or 3rd line queries).
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Slack, SQL Studio, TFS is advantageous.
  • Experience with system integrations via XML, API (JSON), or FTP is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure, presentation skills, attention to detail.
  • Enjoys building and supporting software.
  • Assertive, team player, multi-tasker.
