Who are we looking for?

Reporting to the Product & Voice OpsSupport Manager, this is a hands-onProvisioning Engineerposition that requires a broad rangeof technical skillsamongst which include delivering complex migration activities, management of Engineering lead infrastructure projects and network change.

TheProvisioning Engineer'srole is to support the Gamma Labs department on delivering change across Gamma's Voice &UCaaSproducts.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

• Be responsiblefor deliveryof complex migration activities.
• Manage network wide change and infrastructure projects.
• Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be empowered to innovate and develop smarter ways of working.
• Provide feedback to internal development teams with regards to creating and improving automation procedures.
• Participate in network projectwork orcustomer change activitieswhich mayalso include out of hours.
• Possess the ability to drive issues to resolution to meet customer service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Assist withthe creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Be a self-starter, proactive, highly organized, and capable of working well with individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals.
• Possess good interpersonal, written, oral, and analytical skills, as well as being innovative and dedicated.
• Thrive in an environment where you are trusted to be work smart and work hard without micromanagement.

What you'll need:

• Experience ofidentifying andimplementinginfrastructure upgradeprogrammes
• Experience in implementing and troubleshootinginfrastructure solutions
• Continuous improvement mindset and an innovative and collaborative attitude
• The role requires strongcommunication skillsand the ability to help prioritise and implement business and customer requirements.
• Consistent and clear communication is imperative for this role. We expect the ProvisioningEngineer toengage with all key stakeholders including thecustomers across a variety of mediums
