Product Analyst

Base Location

You will be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Reading, Dublin, Havant or Cardiff.

Salary

£49,004 - £57,728 plus a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

12 month fixed term contract Full Time Flexible First options available.

The Role

As a Product Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our IT products. You will collaborate with cross functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers and delivery leads to ensure the successful development, implementation and optimisation of solutions.

You Will

• Conduct in depth analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and detailed specifications.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including engineers, the data team, delivery lead and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes.
• Collect and analyse user feedback to refine product features and functionalities, ensuring a user centric approach and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful delivery of products using Agile methodologies.

You Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.
• A degree level qualification or relevant experience with well developed communication skills, including the ability to present and challenge on business critical content to internal and external audiences.
• Experience supporting team facilitation and management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
