Contract Length: 6-Month Contract (Possible extension)
Location: Hybrid, London - 3 days per week onsite
Pay Rate: £68,000 per annum PAYE

Are you a detail-driven Product Analyst who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working with multiple teams, and loves turning messy requirements into clear, actionable solutions? This contract offers the chance to join a global organisation's product function and play a key role in improving the UK merchant onboarding experience.

You'll work on a high-impact project focused on improving automated decisioning and streamlining customer onboarding journeys. If you enjoy orchestrating stakeholders, capturing requirements, and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Skills and Experience

• Supporting improvements within the organisation's UK onboarding and underwriting system (FICO).
• Gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinating with Compliance, Underwriting, Credit, and Technical teams to align workflows.
• Leading the orchestration of a key project to increase auto-decisioning from 22% to 52%.
• Mapping processes, identifying gaps, and helping shape system enhancements.
• Preparing and delivering presentations and updates for leadership teams.
• Supporting small system changes and ensuring clarity between what stakeholders want and what development teams must build.
• Working within a SAFE/Agile structure and participating in relevant ceremonies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to gather and translate requirements into structured documentation.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams in a large, complex organisation.
• Confident communicator who can contribute in meetings and coordinate across departments.
• A natural self-starter able to take ownership, investigate, and drive tasks independently.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to record processes and track information effectively.
• Background in fintech, financial services, payments, or compliance.
• Technical mindset - understanding of systems, workflows, and integrations.
• Exposure to SAFE or Agile delivery environments.
• Basic data analysis awareness (not essential, but helpful).
• Experience presenting insights or updates to stakeholders.
