Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping things running smoothly?

We're looking for a Product Administrator to support our retail infrastructure roll-out.

In this role you'll provide remote technical support to British Heart Foundation (BHF) staff and suppliers, helping resolve incidents quickly and efficiently. From logging issues and completing admin tasks to keeping stores informed and project teams updated, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll also play a key role in improving how we work by suggesting better ways of doing things and updating our processes.

If you're organised, proactive, and ready to make a difference - we'd love to hear from you!

Working arrangements

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

About you

You'll have experience with Windows 10 IoT, a solid understanding of TCP/IP Networking in large WAN environments (including ADSL Routers), and be familiar with ITIL processes.

You'll be confident working on a Support Desk, with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. You'll also know how to support mobile and remote users, and understand how technical work impacts the wider business.

Able to communicate technical issues in a clear, simple way - whether you're speaking to colleagues or writing updates, you'll be a strong team player who's organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively while supporting the wider programme.
