Job Description

Mission

As a Procurement Buyer, you manage all operational purchasing processes for goods and services across the various departments of Partena. You are responsible for negotiations, execution, and follow-up of procurement files in order to optimize costs, ensure quality, and effectively support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and centralize internal needs, challenge requests, and act as a sparring partner for procurement.

• Advise internal teams on new projects or specific contractual questions.

• Monitor and control the procurement processes (purchase orders, discrepancies, compliance).

• Propose improvements to optimize procurement processes and governance.

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers: selection, negotiation, follow-up, and long-term relationship building.

• Prospect for new suppliers to stimulate competition and innovation.

• Keep data up to date in management systems to ensure traceability and proper supplier evaluation.

• Stay informed of market trends and regularly update your knowledge of products and procurement practices.

Profile Sought

Degree: Master's degree in economics, logistics, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar B2B role.

Key Skills:

o Strong negotiation and analytical thinking.

o Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented mindset.

o Excellent communication skills.

o Familiarity with procurement management tools (ERP, e-procurement, etc.).

You Interact With

Internally: colleagues, management, and department heads - as an advisor and coordinator.

Externally: suppliers and partners - as the main point of contact, negotiator, and evaluator.
