Procurement Process Manager PGIM Ireland

This role will be based in Letterkenny (Hybrid 2 days on site a week)
The Procurement Process Manageris responsible fordesigning, managing, andoptimizingend-to-end procurement workflows that seamlessly connect sourcing, contracting,andpurchasing. This role ensures procurement activities are efficiently orchestrated across people, processes, and digital platforms to deliver speed, compliance, cost savings, and an improved stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functionalleadership, process optimizationexpertise, and hands-on experience with procurement technologies.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end Procurement Orchestration- Own and manage integrated procurement workflows acrosssource-to-purchase process.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between sourcing, procurement operations, risk, legal, and suppliers.
- Design standardized, scalable procurement processes aligned to business needs and compliance requirements.
- Identifyinefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similarmethodologies.
- Lead orchestration of procurementplatforms and tools (e.g., intake-to-procure solutions, S2P suites, ERP).
- Partner with IT and system vendors to supportimplementations,enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between procurement, legal and business stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective change management, training,and communication.
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitorrisk, approvals, and audit readiness across orchestrated workflows.
- Lead, coach, orprovidefunctional guidance to orchestration analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track procurement cycle times, compliance, savings, andusersexperience.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to procurement leadership and keystakeholder.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Legal Studies, ora relatedfield.
- 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong understanding of procurement orchestration, intake-to-procureandP2P processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability toleadchangein complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
