Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve value for money.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Analyse procurement data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Support tendering processes, including drafting and evaluating tender documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of all procurement activities.
Profile
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
- A strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement and data analysis tools.
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering cost-effective solutions.
- A relevant qualification or professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
