You'll embed the Construction Playbook, drive innovation (MMC, digital), and build collaborative supply chains that deliver long-term value.

What you'll bring:

• Expertise in NEC/JCT contracts & public procurement regs (PCR 2015/Procurement Act 2023)

• Proven leadership across major capital programmes

• Sharp stakeholder skills & a coaching mindset

• CIPS, RICS, or equivalent qualification

• must also hold Police Clearance/NPPV Level 2
