  • Review and manage supplier contracts, pricing models, renewals, and co-terming opportunities.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and benchmarking exercises.

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing history, and supplier documentation.

  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and relationship check-ins.

Commercial & Financial Oversight

  • Develop and maintain standardised RFI/RFP templates and documentation.

  • Ensure NDAs and contractual protections are in place before new engagements.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess and select appropriate vendors.

Skills & Experience Experience

  • Proven experience in a centralised procurement role, ideally within a global or multi-jurisdictional organisation.

  • Background in professional services or financial services strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience negotiating complex commercial contracts.

  • Strong track record in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

  • MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with procurement systems and digital procurement tools.

  • Structured, methodical, and comfortable operating autonomously.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Apply?
