Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead the procurement team, manage key supplier relationships, and play a vital role in ensuring quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness across the organisation.

As Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all direct and indirect spend, overseeing supply chain KPIs, and ensuring inventory levels are maintained. You'll work closely with department heads, external partners, and suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of all direct and indirect spend across the organisation
- Lead, manage, and develop the Procurement team
- Monitor and deliver on supply chain KPIs including quality, delivery, and cost savings
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support business operations
- Get involved early at quotation/contract stage to ensure smooth delivery for customers
- Build strong relationships with department heads, suppliers, and external partners
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and relevant regulations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar procurement leadership role
- Proven people management and team development skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent commercial awareness and decision-making skills
- Experience managing both UK and international suppliers, ideally including the Far East
- Ability to work effectively in an SME environment, with a hands-on, adaptable approach
