A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a skilled Procurement Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer to work on high-quality, complex disputes within a nationally recognised team that operates across both public and private sectors.

The Role

You will manage a varied and challenging caseload focused on public procurement disputes and related commercial litigation. Your work will include:

  • Advising clients on procurement challenges, judicial review proceedings, and regulatory issues
  • Acting for contracting authorities, bidders, and suppliers in complex disputes
  • Managing contentious public contract matters, including injunctions and damages claims
  • Supporting clients through the entire litigation process, from pre-action through to settlement or trial
  • Advising on risk management and compliance with procurement regulations
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and mentoring junior members of the team

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in procurement litigation or broader commercial litigation with procurement exposure
  • Experience advising clients on the Public Contracts Regulations and judicial review processes
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Commercially astute with strong client relationship management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
