The role offers broad exposure across the third-party lifecycle in a modern, technology-led business, where procurement is seen as a key enabler of growth, resilience, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams across multiple entities to plan and execute source-to-contract activities, driving improved value, performance, and risk management.
- Support business teams with structured Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks to optimise contract outcomes and mitigate third-party risks.
- Act as category lead across a broad range of spend areas, with a particular focus on IT, cloud, and digital services.
- Identify and execute cost-efficiency improvements, ensuring commercial value while maintaining best practices in third-party risk management.
- Improve transactional efficiency by managing supplier onboarding, renewals, and contract changes to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyse and optimise existing contracts, identifying opportunities for consolidation, cost savings, or value add.
- Conduct supplier due diligence for high-risk engagements, including assessments on cyber security, data privacy, and operational resilience.
- Support contract drafting, review, and negotiation, ensuring adequate contract safeguards and incentives to drive performance and mitigate risks.
- Help build and embed core procurement tools (e.g. contract database) and governance models that enable a high-performing, scalable function.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in procurement consultancy or in-house roles within fast-paced, tech-driven environments undergoing significant change.
- Fluent Spanish and English languages
- Experience supporting greenfield or early-stage procurement functions is preferred.
- Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on - you bring clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
- Deep understanding of cost optimisation and value creation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- High-impact influencing skills and adaptability in a fast-moving landscape.
- Strong written communication - able to create clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- You prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and execute with accuracy.
Why Join?
- Be at the heart of an exciting transformation journey - this is a rare chance to play a key role in developing and implementing procurement capabilities from the ground up.
- Broad exposure across multiple categories and client engagements, offering diverse experience and accelerated learning and development.
- Work with a forward-thinking team that values agility, innovation, and impact.
- Attractive salary and customisable benefits package
- Hybrid ways of working
- Contemporary and accessible office environments with a range of workplace perks
- Being part of a team with a forward-looking, international mindset and agile working practices
- Wellbeing programmes, learning and personal growth opportunities
