• Manage one direct report, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.

Required Experience:

• Significant procurement / category management experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property.
• Strong track record of leading sourcing projects, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
• Leadership experience, managing a direct report or small team.
