Permanent Contract - International Scope

We are partnering with a leading industrial group to find a talented Procurement Category Manager specialized in Logistics to join their international procurement team.

Your mission:

• Design and roll out the category strategy for transport and logistics services across EMEA.
• Run sourcing projects: identify, assess, and negotiate with logistics providers.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain, operations, finance).
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate risks and secure competitive advantages.
• Support cost optimization and supply chain resilience programs.

Profile sought:

• Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Category Management.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations (road, sea, fleet, warehousing ).
• Analytical, pragmatic, and used to working in multicultural environments.
• Fluency in French and English required; Dutch is a strong plus.
