With a lean, senior procurement team, this role offers genuine visibility and influence. The organisation is entering a new strategic phase and evolving its Supplier Relationship Management approach, making this an excellent time to join and shape best practice.

The successful individual will partner at a senior leadership level, primarily supporting technology and data stakeholders while also contributing across wider corporate services.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and drive measurable value
  • Develop and embed Supplier Relationship Management practices
  • Support contract management, supplier oversight and performance governance
  • Ensure procurement policy compliance and robust management information
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' procurement experience with strong end-to-end capability
  • MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience
  • Sound knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and frameworks
  • Proven experience delivering complex sourcing and negotiations
